Has pre-order drops they will be open for 2-3 weeks depending on the drop, and then will be fulfilled in 1-2 business days after pre-order has closed. You will receive in our standard 2-3 business days. No cancellation or refund on any orders. If product comes defected then a store credit will be available for next purchase.

 

2. SHIPPING

 Orders for in stock products are processed and shipped out in 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correctly.

4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
